Delete your account
You can delete your Gyft2go account and all associated data at any time.
From the app (recommended)
- Open Gyft2go.
- Go to Profile → tap the gear icon (top-right).
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your wishlists, friends, and account are permanently removed.
By email
If you can't access the app, email privacy@gyft2go.com from the email address tied to your account, with subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm and delete within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, phone number, username, and display name.
- All wishlist items you've saved.
- All friend connections and pending requests involving you.
- Your authentication record.
What may persist
Cached URL parses (anonymous title/price for a public product page) may remain in our parser cache for up to 24 hours after deletion. They contain no personal data.
