What Gyft2go is
Gyft2go lets you save product links into wishlists you share with friends. We are not a store. We do not process payments. Tapping a friend's gift opens the original product page in your browser; any purchase happens with that retailer.
Your account
You're responsible for the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate phone and identity information so friends can find you.
Acceptable use
Don't use Gyft2go to share links to illegal products, harass other users, or scrape the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Third-party links
Wishlist items link to third-party retailers. Gyft2go is not responsible for the products, prices, availability, or policies of those retailers.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We don't guarantee the service is uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Gyft2go is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance.
